3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp low-sodium Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
3 generous cups cornflakes, crushed
