A new study, not yet published, suggests that taking ketone supplementation might help reduce the frequency of migraine attacks. An improvement of migraine problems is a common experience on a keto diet. Preliminary evidence indicates that a daily dietary supplement providing ketones can reduce the frequency of migraine headaches with no adverse effects.
