Unfortunately I did not follow it the two weeks not because it wasn’t great but decided after I signed up for it I would go another route to get a kick start and get my cravings under control. I chose to do 36-hour fasts for 3 days a week – M,W,F. I have the book ‘The Complete Guide to Fasting‘ by Dr. Jason Fung. It has really worked for me – feel better and my cravings have diminished!!
